A group of us visited Saorsa and we were absolutely blown away. The place looks perfect and of high standards, clean and beautifully designed. You can see the depth of thought that has gone into each piece of furniture and design of every room we saw. Now, onto the food. Next level. All 6 of us were incredibly happy with the food. Portions were right, I personally could not finish all courses, I was so full. The layers and layers of flavours were incredible, presentation top notch. It is such a good value for money! They use organic and locally sourced ingredients and this is 100% reflected in the quality of the food. Staff & owners go above and beyond to ensure you leave happy and spread the vegan love. They have recently won a prestigious award from National Geographic and are listed as one of the best 48 new hotels in the world. I can`t wait to visit them again!
