RT Cafe Grill

Had a fantastic meal here. It was a hot day and I wanted to sit inside and was given a nice view out over the garden and the sea. This place is excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and gave me good recommendations for both food and the nearby area. I had a strawberry frozen mojito,which was divine, to start. I had the duck tortilla for my starter. Succulent and packed full of flavour. I had a nice glass of Chablis with it. For my main I had the lamb shoulder. Holy moly. It’s small but it’s rich and delicious and amazing. I loved it. The balance of flavours across the meat, the gravy, the vegetables was complex and the gift which kept giving. Every mouthful of the lamb was a moment. I ordered a beer to winch my thirst which was in good shape. Again the staff were attentive and friendly. Finished off with a Rum Baba (staffs recommendation) which had a boozy kick. I had a glass of the Tokaj to go with that which was super sweet and very tasty. It’s rare to have service this good. That accompanied with delicious food and this place is a 11/10. Highly recommend it.
