Pyro Restaurant restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.5
Pyro Restaurant is a fun and spacious place with a very nice, unique interior for London. The service was friendly and professional. We were seated near the kitchen, so we got to watch the team prepping and working hard. The two chefs at the grill looked very focused and happy in their work.
The food was very good, and some dishes were truly excellent. The spanakopita was delicious, the pork souvlaki was perfectly sized, tender, and juicy, and the chalkstream trout was cooked to perfection and elegantly presented. The charred Hispi cabbage was one of our favorite dishes of the day.
For dessert, the parsnip ice cream with bay leaf ice cream was the perfect way to end our meal. Overall, Pyro is certainly a great addition near London Bridge.
