I usually make an effort to leave positive feedback for places we enjoy visiting, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience: 1- Despite specifying that it was our wedding anniversary during the booking, the manager/waiter completely ignored this detail. 2- We were seated by Swellio, a kind and attentive waiter. However, the acting manager, Gabrielle, publicly scolded him in front of other customers for seating us at that table 3- Additionally, Gabrielle intervened in a rude manner when our children wanted to explore the library 4- Managers should provide feedback to their colleagues in private and be friendly towards customers. Gabrielle's behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming 5- It's a shame because the venue is nice and Swellio tried his best to make up for the inconveniences Unless they address the issue with their unfriendly manager, I cannot recommend this place to others. The staff at McDonald's are much friendlier in comparison.
