Latest review:

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were exceptional for service -specifically Colleen and Freddie who went above and beyond to sort out a room issue on arrival/check-in. The after service also continued when they checked if we were ok and happy with our rooms/stay. Dinner and Breakfast in the restaurant was great, tasty and served in good time. Location is great for the shops and the north quarter. 4* rating given for room simply because our first allocated room was not ready well beyond checkin time and not clean for standards expected at this hotel - but the other rooms were great with views and amenities as described. As mentioned the room issue was sorted promptly and exceptionally professionally!! Blown away by the service we received. Thank you, we will be back.
