Spent a few nights and all in all had a pleasant visit. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. In terms of the food on offer, the first meal we had was average, however the second meal was very, very good.
Drinks on offer are okay but they're is a distinct lack of prices readily available, and when charging things to the room, could land one with a nasty surprise when it comes to settling the bill.
The suite we stayed in was spacious with plenty of room for the family. The suite was of a decent quality but did have a few niggles such of the lack of adequate lighting with the room being fairly dark, and few other things which could have done with refreshing.
The location is spot on however and the views over the lake from the outside areas or conservatory being very nice.
All in all we had a good experience and would certainly return.
