Excellent service. However, given how nice the rest of the hotel is, the tea is served in a small and dark room with little character or grandeur. The food is average, incredibly sweet (and I have a sweet tooth!) and generally felt low quality - more like a kids party than a 5* hotel. No French pastries or cakes, flavours like bubblegum and items like jelly and a cream filled cup with m&ms on top. A disappointing experience and not worth the money. Would again say that the service was excellent so I cannot fault the staff. If looking for a genuine good quality tea you're better off going to the Corinthia hotel, Landmark hotel or similar.
