If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of the most picturesque English village, look no further than Kinghams Restaurant in Shere. This place is simply amazing and truly deserving of a Michelin star. We’ve been fortunate enough to dine here many times, and somehow each visit is even better than the last (we genuinely don’t know how that’s possible!). The lunch menu is incredible: beautifully curated, seasonal, and consistently flawless. Most recently, the duck was absolutely outstanding, perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavour but honestly, everything on the menu is to die for. Whether you choose vegetarian or meat dishes, every plate is divine. Kinghams also holds a very special place in our hearts as we hosted our wedding reception here, and it was nothing short of magical. The team delivered an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. The service is always fantastic - warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional and the ambience is wonderful: intimate, elegant, and welcoming all at once. We cannot recommend Kinghams highly enough. A true gem in the most quaint and beautiful village in England. Simply exceptional.
