Whilst visiting a trade show in Birmingham in March we decided to find a 5 star restaurant nearby and so we booked Hem in Warwick and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Seb one of the owners who told us the story behind the restaurant and its name. The food was not only delicious it was presented beautifully. We opted for the wine pairing and Seb spoke about each wine throughout the meal. We tried some amazing flavours and ones we would never have chosen before but will welcome into our wine cabinet in future. You must try this superb restaurant if you ever get the chance. Thanks Seb and your team.
