Our casual restaurant with two AA Rosettes… the laid-back Gilpin Spice has an open kitchen serving pan-Asian dishes inspired by countries along the spice trail – spanning the Philippines, the Indian sub-continent, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and China. Westy is adding his own style to Gilpin Spice. “My food is very fun, there's always a bit of a story behind it. His focus is on storytelling and communicating that to the guests so that they know the background of the dish"
