Visited for the fourth time on Friday 11th July, this time for the 'Street food tasting menu'. The service & and the attention to detail by Tom is absolutely first class. It's as good as I've been fortunate to experience and actually more so than most Leeds, Manchester & London establishments. The design, concept & execution of food yet again by the team of Marcus, Adam & Max is sensational. DN1 reminds me greatly of Normans in Kirkburton (that's now in the Michelin Guide & has up to 3 months waiting lists). I can't shout at you enough to check this place out whilst you can still get through the door! Exemplary. A leading beacon in Doncaster.
