Charlottes W5 restaurant reviews

Average rating: 4.1
This is clearly a place to have a cocktail or a drink, not to eat. Which is confusing being part of the Charlotte family. Food variety was short. The plates were very small for such price: starters were tinny and main courses were starter size. We paid £38 for 4 small plates, supposedly 2 full meals, bread (2 slices of toast)no desert, complimentary water, and left as hungry as we came in. As discussed with management, we left for a sandwich elsewhere. Being a regular customer of Charlotte W4 where food is good and portion sizes are British standard, this W5 was a complete disappointment. Venue is nice, roomy and bright. Staff was nice, hence 2 star. But definitely will avoid W5 and stick to Chiswick W4 were everything is much much better.
