What an amazing experience from the moment we were greeted at the main steps to the little treats in the car for the trip home, we were treated as special every second of our stay. Having spent more time than most in Ballyfin as student from ‘76-‘81 I can safely say that this one night stay not only brought back some good memories but was totally different 😀. Everything was great but what really set it apart was the staff. We have never found a group of people who really enjoyed their work and went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed every second of our stay. I can’t finish without a special mention for the food especially our dinner where the tasting food and wine menu are an amazing pairing and definitely need to be savoured. Thanks to everyone at Ballyfin for a great memorable experience. It will be very hard to beat.
