I went to Amuse with a couple of work colleagues earlier this week. I had never eaten hear before and it more than lived up to expectations. Brilliant use of flavours and presentation. Everything worked really well. We had a Christmas Menu for 69 euros each. My started was organic salmon with sake and lime marinade, absolutely wonderful. The main course of veal with artichoke, sweet corn and shiitake curd was equally fantastic. One gripe, a few extra vegetables on the side, such as more broccoli, would have been nice. For dessert I had caramel white chocolate parfait. Great way to finish off. The presentation with tiny pink meringues worked beautifully. Well done to the chefs and staff at Amuse, a memorable meal!
