My wife & I attended a birthday party here last weekend, this is what happened.....
We were having a great time & celebrating in one of the private balcony area's when a random stranger entered the area & attacked the birthday girl, glasses were smashed, there was no security anywhere, the bar staff were also assaulted resulting in one of them being slapped.
It was super scary as the private area which we were in was completely sealed off & we had no where to escape.
Eventually after 10 minutes, the man was removed from the premises.
I wont come back here again, not enough security upstairs if it kicks off as the only way up is through a bottle necked lift which takes ages to go up & down.
Sorry Manchester House, Not for me!
