Was really looking forward to a first class meal at the stag. Unfortunately from the start things didn't go well. Dirty sticky wine glass stem. 2nd. my wife's souffle contained large fish bones. Waitress took it away after we complained. It was the last so couldn't be replaced,but we were still charged... My fish pie looked very good,but again was let down due to there being very little fish in it and I mean little.... I'm sorry I'm not a winger, indeed this is the 1st time I've been compelled to write such a review. Yes I could of given it all back. But we just wanted to leave.... Andy Smith. Newport.
