Booked at short notice, not a problem really welcoming & friendly staff , chose the A La carte menu . Starters were stunning SCALLOPS on a bed of pea & ham purée, ham hock croquette, crispy prosciutto, lemon oh my gosh. Mains , PAN SEARED HAKE prawn bisque risotto, mussels, crab, charred spring onion , cooked to perfection … ❤️somebody pinch me did I wake up in a Michelin star restaurant in Paris ? That risotto ❤️ My wife chose the RUM CRÈME BRULEE with Shortbread biscuit, pineapple, lemon balm flavours were perfect and balanced 😍 Service was excellent , can’t wait to return & try the other dishes . Heartfelt thank you to all at the Fox 🦊 Bridgends secret treasure .
