Feel that the team tried very hard to strive for excellence and recognition. Staff are all nice, while some innovative suggestions could be provided based on some safe options - say pairing with fatty lambs, it’s always on a safe side to suggest one more full body red wine as well rather than just suggesting a thin pinot noir. Food were all plated nicely on the base of vinegar bringing out umami. Mackerel tartare was amazing, and the wild garlic butter with the bread was a perfect match. A very cool staff Joe is having a tattoo inspired from The Last of us, and this reminded me of Ellie!
