I am only giving this hotel 5 stars because I understand staffing is such a problem right now. Small issues but a lot of them. Had to call housekeeping to get toilet paper. Plug for coffee maker in the room didn't reach an outlet. Very poor service at breakfast in the morning, there appeared to be plenty of staff but none of them paying attention to the customers. One morning we had to get up and order breakfast from one of them. Cobwebs on the wall lamps in the bar. The lobby area of the horse barn looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Once again all small items but for a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices there is a much higher expectation. The location is awesome and hopefully they can get the staff issues resolved. Would love to stay again but very hesitant.
