A surprise two-night stay for a birthday. Nothing short of amazing. From the smartly dressed, friendly and helpful concierges taking the car and cases to the waiters and waitresses, all staff were brilliant. The room itself was outstanding, with one of the finest views. The meal in GB1 was equally as amazing. This is a real gem of a hotel; pricey, but you get what you pay for!
