A shining beacon of hospitality in Dublin's restaurant scene. It's difficult to express how impressed I was with my recent visit to Etto. The service was both some of the warmest and most professional I've experienced. Great wine list with plenty of hidden gems. The food was creative yet simple, full of flavour while maintaining a perfect balance. No surprises with the bill, we left with full hearts and bellies. Looking forward to my next visit.
