Eden Restaurant at Bellinter House

Liked · From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our experience was wonderful. The setting is picturesque, perfect for a relaxing retreat. The reception team set the tone, absolutely delightful! We went for lunch as soon as we arrived, the service was excellent and the food equally as good . DO NOT leave without trying the freshly made scones with jam and clotted cream!!! They were amazing! We spend the afternoon in the Spa, again the reception team were a delight here also , our masseuse had magical hands , we left all our stresses behind .. she was absolutely fantastic ...we then went to soak in the outdoor hot tub looking over the gardens and it was magical ! Dinner that evening was truly delicious , so fresh, flavoursome and served by the most accommodating and efficient team ... we ate in the Eden restaurant ... ambient and cosy but with a buzz! (I suggest trying the passion fruit Collins cocktail ... fantastic!) We took to our room full as lords, the room was quaint and cosy overlooking the pristine grounds) and slept like lords! Breakfast next morning was back in the Eden Restaurant , the team yet again exuded professionalism and warmth, the food was wonderful and clearly cooked with care and pride.. We checked out only regretting we hadn't stayed for longer , again the team at checkout were wonderful and left us walking out the doors smiling . Bellinter itself is filled with charm , as was each member of staff we encountered... a thoroughly enjoyable stay ... we will most certainly be back very soon! If you're considering a stay .... absolutely book it !!
