The Most Stunning Venue & Impeccable Service! Wedding Reception, September 2025 We held our wedding reception for 100 guests at Crug Glas in September 2025, and it was the most beautiful day at the most stunning venue. Everything from start to finish was impeccable. The Venue & The Team A truly unique thing about Crug Glas is that the venue is exclusively yours for the whole weekend. It’s a genuine ‘blank canvas’ which you can put your own stamp on. This was brilliant, as it meant we had a few days to prepare and choose our own theme and decorations, making the place feel truly ours for the day. Throughout the run up to the wedding, the communication was fantastic. We were always able to get in touch and have questions answered promptly, which really helped put our minds at ease. We were made to feel so special. Sandra, Bethan, Janet, Perkin, and the entire team were absolutely fantastic. Sandra, in particular, became a friend from the moment we met her. She was so personal and relaxed, it made the whole planning process so easy. The team was so accommodating for our every need and truly went the extra mile. They even saved us some canapés for when we arrived from the church, and put aside some evening food for us after the party had finished! Nothing ever felt like a chore or a big ask. The Food: A True Highlight The food was one of the absolute highlights of the day. The best thing about Crug Glas is the flexibility they offer. Although they provide example set menus, we were able to choose our own choices and create a bespoke menu. We certainly went 'off-piste' with our options, and the chefs and kitchen team did a splendid job accommodating us! The portions were perfect and so, so delicious. Location & Accommodation The venue itself is simply stunning, with so many areas to choose from for photos (rain or shine). Its location is perfect—quiet and just a short drive inland from the picturesque Pembrokeshire coast, and also a short drive from St Davids. This was ideal for our guests who weren't staying at the venue (it's only a 10-minute taxi to the Premier Inn, which was fantastic). As for the on-site accommodation, well, what can we say! The rooms were stunning, so comfortable, and cosy. Janet and the team have done such a great job; we loved the detail and uniqueness of each room. The breakfast was simply divine, too, with full breakfast and continental options. We will certainly be booking a few nights in the near future! Our Final Thoughts Words simply can't do justice to how Crug Glas made our day everything and more for my wife and I. The day felt seamless, and we were made to feel so special.
