Nice simple elegant and tasty food, the pork was beautifully cooked, not tough at all with a lovely mushroom sauce. Melt in the mouth squid for a starter, for my personal taste, I'd have made it slightly less peppery, but it was called salt and pepper squid! 😄. The staff were all lovely and attentive (as has been the case from everyone at the hotel) and whilst the restaurant was full, it didn't seem crowded or noisy. Only disappointment is I'm not staying long enough to try out the pizzas cooked in the pizza oven on the veranda, they look amazing.
