We had food in the bar just after lunch time so it wasn't very busy but service was very slow, to the point we asked was there a problem in the kitchen and received no reply. We had to repeatedly ask for our drinks. At no point did we get an explanation or an apology for the wait. When we got our food the plates were cold and the food was mediocre, which was disappointing as I would have heard good reviews about the food previously. We were offered comment cards, but conveniently there were none available. Wouldn't recommend and very disappointed.
