I went Central Market after reading Joanna Blythman's and Tam Cowan's reviews. Both of which were excellent. At Central Market my partner and I had Beef Brisket and potted rabbit with sour dough to start, followed by Iberico Plum steak and whole pidgeon stuffed with a smooth and creamy haggis with puy lentil and kale.Desert was rhubarb and custard tart. Service was excellent, sincere and prompt with the timings of orders and bringing meals prompt. Food was fresh, the veg was sweet and full of flavour and the Steak was just perfect, cooked medium Raw and charred on the outside. I could not ask for a better meal.
